CONDITIONS OF SALE

Works purchased through Hawas will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received. A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order via email from Hawas.

Either the Hawas team or the creative (or their team) will pack each artwork accordingly for shipping depending on size, weight and fragility. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout specific for each artwork and delivery location.

Once your order has been received, our staff will email you within 2 business days with the carrier details, tracking number (if applicable/ where relevant) and estimated arrival time.

 

ORDERS

No contractual purchase for the supply of a product exists between the client and Hawas until payment for the works and shipping has been received in full and you have received a confirmation email from Hawas outlining your order.

Once received orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation from Hawas. If Hawas agrees to alter or cancel the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Hawas in connection with the alteration or cancellation.

Hawas reserves the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

 

DELIVERY

Art Hawas will employ the most reliable or feasible means to deliver your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licenses, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.

Delivery times for artworks is between 1 – 2 weeks to most locations in Jordan, if the artwork is not being displayed elsewhere. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organized on an individual basis, please contact info@hawas.com for further information on shipping to your destination. Delivery times on the website are indicative only. As delivery is done by various external parties, Hawas cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times or damage during delivery.
